All services are subject to availability, licensing requirements, and applicable state and federal laws.


3. Eligibility
By using this website or enrolling in any training or service, you confirm that:
   •    You are at least 18 years of age (or meet legal requirements for specific services)
   •    You are legally permitted to receive the services requested
   •    You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations


4. No Guarantee of Results
SEP provides professional security and training services; however:
   •    We do not guarantee prevention of all incidents, threats, or criminal activity
   •    Outcomes may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control
   •    Training does not guarantee licensure, certification approval, or employment


5. Payments and Fees
   •    All payments for services and training are due as specified at the time of booking
   •    Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
   •    Failure to pay may result in denial or termination of services



6. Cancellations and Refund Policy
   •    Training courses and services are non-refundable
   •    Rescheduling may be permitted at the Company’s discretion
   •    No-shows for scheduled training or services will forfeit all payments
   •    Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis


7. Assumption of Risk (Training Services)

By participating in any training provided by SEP, you acknowledge:
   •    Firearms and security training involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death
   •    You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
   •    You agree to follow all safety instructions and instructor commands at all times


8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
   •    SEP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   •    This includes, but is not limited to:
   •    Personal injury
   •    Property damage
   •    Loss of income
   •    Actions taken by individuals after training

You agree that use of our services is at your own risk.


9. Firearms & Legal Responsibility
SEP is not responsible for:
   •    Any misuse of firearms by clients or students
   •    Any illegal actions taken by individuals after training
   •    Failure of a student to comply with local, state, or federal firearm laws

All participants are solely responsible for:
   •    Understanding and complying with all applicable laws
   •    Safe storage, handling, and use of firearms


10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including:
   •    Logos
   •    Branding
   •    Training materials
   •    Text and graphics

are the property of Secrecy Executive Protection and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


11. Website Use
You agree not to:
   •    Use the website for unlawful purposes
   •    Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
   •    Interfere with the website’s functionality
   •    Submit false or misleading information
