Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to Secrecy Executive Training Academy are non-refundable. By registering for any course, service, or training, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by law.
2. Deposit Policy
• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Deposits secure your seat in a scheduled class
• Failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund or credit
3. Rescheduling Policy (Limited Exception)
At the sole discretion of Secrecy Executive Training Academy:
• Students may request one (1) reschedule with at least 72 hours advance notice
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Requests made less than 72 hours before class will be denied
• Approved reschedules must be used within 30 days
Failure to attend a rescheduled class results in forfeiture of all payments
4. No-Show Policy
• Students who fail to appear for a scheduled class without notice are considered a No-Show
• No-Shows will forfeit 100% of payment
• No reschedule or credit will be granted
5. Late Arrival Policy
• Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry
• If denied entry, the student will be considered a No-Show
• No refund or reschedule will be provided
6. Failure to Complete Course
• Students who fail to complete the course for any reason (including removal for safety violations, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance) will not receive a refund
• Additional training or remediation, if offered, will require additional fees
7. Background & Permit Denials
• Secrecy Executive Training Academy is not responsible for:
• Permit denials
• Background check failures
• Disqualifications by any state or agency
• No refunds will be issued if you are later deemed ineligible to obtain a permit or license
8. Weather & Emergency Cancellations (Academy-Initiated Only)
If Secrecy Executive Training Academy cancels a class due to:
• Severe weather
• Instructor emergency
• Facility issues
Students will be offered:
• A rescheduled class date, or
• A training credit (no cash refund)
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without valid cause will result in:
• Immediate denial of future services
• Possible legal action to recover funds
• Additional administrative fees
10. Transfer Policy
• Registrations are non-transferable to another individual
• Exceptions may only be granted in writing at management discretion
11. Acknowledgment of Policy
By registering for any course, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood this Refund Policy
• You agree to all terms and conditions
• You accept full financial responsibility for your enrollment
